Resident Relation Services For Mobile Home Park Communities
Birch Realty Group helps property owners maintain smooth operations in their mobile home park community by keeping the proper balance between tenant and management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant interaction in conjunction with the on-site manager. We have bilingual staff members available. We work with the on-site manager to enforce community rules and serve eviction notices and warnings, including 3/60 day notices, 14-day notices, and 7-day notices.
Our resident relations services include the following managerial duties:
- Screen all new applicants
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Serve legal notices
- Initiate and supervise eviction from start to finish
