We maintain smooth operations by keeping the proper balance between tenant/management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant interaction in conjunction with the on-site manager. We have bilingual staff members available. Rules enforcement with the on-site manager, including service of 3/60 day notices, 14-day notices, and 7-day notices.

• Enforce rules and regulations
• Serve legal notices
• Initiate and supervise eviction from start to finish
