Our property management services include a visitation by a licensed property manager on a monthly basis (or more frequently as necessary) for purpose of auditing the on-site accounting records (rent collection, deposit receipts, bank deposits etc.) and to conduct routine physical inspection of the premises for on-going maintenance and evaluation.
